To be completed toward the completion of course work!  You should check each step off in your Registrar Student Record File available from clicking the Preference link at the bottom of many of Windsor College's email messages to you.

 

  • Have you notified dean@windsorcollege.us when you are an estimated four months of completing your last course requirements?

  • If attending our annual graduation ceremony, have you ordered your cap and gown from the registrar@windsorcollege.us? (local ceremonies do not require this)

  • Have you paid your graduation fee and transfer credit fees?
  • Have you sent a one page statement of how you will use your degree to dean@windsorcollege.us?
  • Have you received an "All courses have been completed!" email so you can go forward with a local ceremony?
  • Have you mailed Windsor College an announcement or bulletin insert if it is a local ceremony?  Note: Announcements often yield approximately $20 each (e.g. 100 announcements=$2000).  
  • If a local church ceremony, have you sent a handshake photo receiving temporary (ceremonial) diploma to dean@windsorcollege.us?
  • Have you entered your social security number in the Registrar Student Record File so we can verify identity for transcript requests and employment resume checks. You may email or call this in if you prefer (enter called or emailed instead of number).

  • Have you checked that you "have you received your official diploma and transcript?" in the Registrar Student Record File?
